| 7:30pm - 9:00pm | Poster Session Location: Wonder.me Session Chair: Elisabeth Burr, University of Leipzig, Germany The EADH2021 Poster Session will happen in wonder.me. Wonder is optimized exclusively for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Our wonder.me is password protected. You need the following guest password to access it: EADH2021posters! As soon as you have entered the password, you will be asked a so-called ice-breaker question, the answer to which can be seen by everybody in wonder.me. Please give a friendly response. Then go to Settings and enter your name and upload your picture. It would be great if all the participants uploaded real photographs of themselves. In wonder.me you find spaces which at the moment are called “Poster 1&2”, “Poster 3” and so on. These indicate the space where poster presenters need to locate themselves. In the space where 2 posters are supposed to be presented the two presenters should position themselves as far away from each other as possible. As soon as the list of posters in the Conference Agenda is final “Poster 1&2”, “Poster 3” and so on will be substituted with names. Poster presenters should prepare a poster of the size of A0 (Azero). Big posters can always be reduced, but a small poster cannot be enlarged without quality loss. Posters should not contain too much small text. It is advisable to use points which can then be explained during the poster session. Poster Presenters need to have their poster open on their screen during the poster session. In order to present their poster they have to share their screen. The screen is shared by clicking on the rectangle containing an arrow in the menu below. After the conference Poster Presenters will be asked to hand in their poster as a PDF. Poster session visitors go to the poster which they would like to see. As soon as you are in the respective space and near to the circle of the presenter you will see the screen of the poster presenter. On the left of your screen you see a circle with two arrows. If you click on this circle, the screen will get bigger. If you then click on this bigger screen, it will get even bigger and you should be able to see the poster quite well. If you want to leave the space of the poster and go to see another poster, you need to close the enlarged screen first before you can actually move away. Enjoy the poster sesson! |
